Suzanne has spent the last 20 years training herself and others to keep it fresh, keep it simple, and keep it real in order to keep FIT! As a 45+ year old mother of two, she knows what it takes to come back from the “baby belly” and to have to find time to squeeze in a workout between all of the other “stuff” that takes up a single mother’s time.

With safety as her number one concern, pushing her clients to their full potential falls in close behind on her list of training priorities! Her biggest reward comes when she hears her clients tell her about their improved reports at the doctor’s office, the reduced risk of disease, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, increased energy, and the overall feelings of well-being that are instilled in her clients after their time with her, not to mention weight loss and reduced body fat success!
